Thank you ALL for getting us to the $1800 mark! We have been so touched by everyone’s generosity that we have one final giveaway, and it’s AWESOME. Dave Medin, a sports artist, contacted me a few days back and asked if he could support our camp with a painting of none other than the Garfoose himself on the mound in a Blue Jays uni. After chatting with Dave we learned that not only are his paintings AH-mazing, but he donates his work to the players charity of choice to better our world. =) Of course, we agreed and will be giving away the painting to one lucky Under The Sea supporter who helps us close the gap on our $2000 goal (contest rules below)! Dave is already hard at work on the painting and I promise to post pics as soon as I get them! Until then, here are a few pieces he has done for other players:
